All our steaks are dry aged for 32 days, hung on the bone, from traditional breed cattle reared by Lakes Speciality Foods in the Lake District. Served with French fries or homemade chips and a side garnish, please choose extra side orders a sauce below. Steaks cooked without sauces will be lightly drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and chopped rosemary.
